KEY MECHANIC
Koumei rolls her dice when casting abilities. High rolls improve effects and can produce rare jackpot outcomes, so her performance intentionally varies.

Koumei's blueprints are earned from Saya's Visions Shrine Defense and can also be purchased at Koumei's Shrine in Cetus with Fate Pearls.
